From Lake Yojoa you will take a short drive to the town of San Pedro Sula and board a short local flight to Roatan, the largest of the famous tropical Bay Islands.  On arrival you will transfer to the area of the West End Bay where you will be based for 3 nights.  You will have lots of free time while here to take part in the wealth of optional activities available including snorkelling, scuba diving, kayaking and horse riding, and of course to relax and swim in the stunning Caribbean Sea.

It will be an early start when you leave Roatan and fly back to the mainland, rejoining your overland tour vehicle.  You will then continue your journey west through Honduras arriving at the small village of Copan.  The following day you will have an included guided visit to the spectacular Mayan ruins of Copan, followed by a free afternoon to explore some of the other highlights in the area.
